I had never heard of the Honor Flight Network before being briefed for this project. But once I learned a little, I was immediately drawn in. Not only did I work on the creative elements, but I volunteered to be a veteran guardian. It was an incredible experience. I even blogged about it here.

Honor Flight is a non-profit than honors veterans, but more specifically WWII veterans. They raise money to transport our nation's heroes to Washington, D.C. to visit and reflect at their memorials. To enjoy a day of honor, remembrance and celebration from a proud and grateful nation.

Honor Flight Austin needed our help generating awareness, because like myself, so many people have no idea the organization even exists. And once most people hear about it, they want to help. We created a series of posters inspired by the style of WWII propaganda posters. And we even played around with some new logo options.
